2. Dispatch Times
Dispatch time means the time it takes us to prepare, finish, check and pack your order before it is handed to the delivery provider.

3. Delivery Methods
Most smaller items are sent using Royal Mail or another suitable UK delivery service. Larger, heavier or higher-value items may be sent using a tracked courier service.
The delivery service used may depend on the size, weight, value and destination of the order.
Estimated Delivery After Dispatch
Standard UK delivery is usually estimated at around 2 to 5 working days after dispatch, depending on the delivery provider and service selected.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless a guaranteed delivery service has been selected and confirmed.
4. Delivery Costs
Delivery costs, including any free delivery offers, will be shown clearly before you place your order.
Where free UK delivery is offered, this will usually apply to standard UK delivery only, unless stated otherwise.
Extra delivery charges may apply for:
- Faster delivery services.
- Tracked or signed-for upgrades.
- Large, heavy or unusual items.
- Remote UK locations, where courier costs are higher.
- Bespoke or custom items requiring specialist delivery.
5. Made-to-Order, Personalised & Bespoke Items
Some of our products are made to order, personalised, engraved or created to customer specifications.
These items may take longer than ready-made products because they need to be made, finished, checked and packed before dispatch.
If your order includes both ready-made and made-to-order items, we may send the full order together once everything is ready. If separate delivery is possible, we can confirm this by email.
Please check all personalisation details carefully before placing your order, including spelling, dates, names, initials and measurements.
6. Tracking Information
If your order is sent using a tracked delivery service, tracking information will be provided where available.
Some standard delivery services may provide limited tracking, delivery confirmation or proof of delivery rather than full tracking updates.
If you need a tracked or signed-for service, please choose an available tracked option at checkout or contact us before placing your order.
7. Missed Delivery or Collection
If a delivery attempt is missed, the delivery provider may leave a card, update the tracking information or hold the parcel for collection.
It is the customer's responsibility to follow the delivery provider's instructions for rearranging delivery or collecting the parcel.
If a parcel is returned to us because it was not collected or delivery was not rearranged, we may need to charge the delivery cost again before resending it.
8. Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Address
Please make sure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. We use the address supplied at checkout.
If you notice an address mistake after placing an order, contact us immediately at accounts@nashandskeelshandmade.co.uk.
We will do our best to update the address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes if the order has already been packed, labelled or sent.
If an item is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, you may need to pay the delivery cost again before we resend it.
9. Delayed or Lost Parcels
Occasionally parcels may be delayed due to postal delays, courier disruption, weather, strikes, busy seasonal periods or other events outside our control.
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at accounts@nashandskeelshandmade.co.uk with your order number.
We may ask you to allow a short amount of extra time for the delivery provider to complete delivery, especially during busy periods.
If a parcel is confirmed as lost by the delivery provider, we will work with you to arrange a suitable solution, such as a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances and product type.
10. Damaged Parcels or Items
Please check your order when it arrives. If the packaging or item has arrived damaged, contact us as soon as possible at accounts@nashandskeelshandmade.co.uk.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number.
- A short description of the damage.
- Photos of the outer packaging.
- Photos of the damaged item.
- Photos of any delivery labels or courier damage notices.
Please keep the packaging until the issue has been resolved, as the delivery provider may need evidence for a claim.
11. Packaging
We pack products carefully to help protect them during delivery. Wooden products can be heavy, so packaging is chosen to reduce the risk of damage in transit.
Where possible, we aim to keep packaging practical, protective and suitable for the product being sent.
Gift-style packaging, product sleeves, care cards or branded details may vary depending on the product, order type and stock availability.
